We centralized supplier management, materials tracking, and production workflows into a single ERP system. Role-based access, production mapping, and reporting were redesigned to reduce manual reconciliation and improve lead-time visibility. We added approvals, exception handling, and configurable alerts to keep production on schedule. The ERP now gives teams a single source of truth across procurement, manufacturing, and dispatch.
